Riley's Birthday

Some-bunny had a birthday! I can't believe my baby is a year old!

She had carrot cake for her birthday. I don't know if she actually ate any but she loved playing with it!

Riley is usually a very happy girl! When she smiles she scrunches up her nose!

She has six teeth: two bottom teeth and four top teeth

Riley's nicknames are Bubbas and Ri-Ri and stink pot!

She says Mama, Dadda, and meow

Riley is a trouble maker and loves to get into everything. She's also a climber and gets into trouble climbing things. Yesterday she kept climbing up on top of the toilet!

She doesn't really like her baby toys, she just wants to play with everything her sister have. Lately she has loved baby dolls.

She loves "This little Piggy" and "Patty Cake"

She still doesn't love a lot of foods, but right now she really loves oranges, peaches, and bread

She LOVES playing outside

 

Madelyn's birthday

Happy birthday Madelyn! This cute girl turned five this month!

 She wanted Olaf jello for her birthday!

Singing happy birthday on zoom with her cousins!

Madelyn's favorite color is orange because its the color of cantaloupe, and she says that cantaloupe is her favorite food!

She still loves Pua from Moana and says that her favorite animal is a pig! She has three pua stuffed animals that she sleeps with every night.

Her favorite show to watch is still Moana. She also loves Onward and Elena of Avalor

She loves to play with her sisters, and has a hard time being at home alone with mommy all day. 

She loves to paint and do craft projects for preschool at home.

Madelyn's favorite book is Green Eggs and Ham.

 

February

February was filled with lots of snow! We had a really dry winter this year, so we were really grateful for the snow! And the girls were excited to be able to finally play in the snow!

One of our snowstorms ended up being a mud storm! Apparently there was a lot of dust in the air, and when it stormed, all the dirt came down and coated everything in a layer of mud! All of our windows and the deck are still covered in mud spots! After the storm the lines for the carwashes in Tooele were miles long! Luckily our car was in the garage, so we didn't need to wait in those long lines for a carwash!

We had some warm days in February too, and we were able to go to the park. This was Riley's first time getting to play at the park!

Mollie and Madelyn had 80's night at dance!

This was the best storm we had all year, we got two storms right in a row and got a total of about 18 inches of snow! We were able to build a big snowman (but the girls were sad we were out of carrots) and build an igloo

Tyler got to take a day off and go snowboarding! 

Audrey was chosen to be meerkat of the month in February- she is so proud!

Tooele city normally does a Valentines day dance, but they couldn't do it this year, so they did free Valentines day pictures for families.

 

11 Months

Riley is 11 months old now!  She has lots of energy and loves getting into everything! She loves to get into all our cupboards and drawers. She especially loves getting the dishwasher soap out from under the sink, and food out of the lazy susan. Yesterday she grabbed a bag of flour and brought it into the living room and dumped it all over the couch and the carpet! She is a little trouble maker!

She has five teeth right now, and is working on getting one more on top, which means we haven't slept in a very long time! She has been sleeping terribly! 

She says "mow" for the cat or even when we say the word Cookie she says "mow"

We call her a ninja because she always says "ay-yah ay-ya" 

She has pretty much given up on eating baby food, she's never really been a fan of it anyways. As soon as we started giving her finger foods, she decided she was done with that stuff! She likes eating rice rusks, baby puffs, and yogurt bites, but she will have nothing to do with baby cheetos! So the girls are happy to eat them for her!

She is so silly and and loves to climb and get into everything. She loves climbing up into Madelyn's toddler bed, and even into Mollie's bed.

Such a silly girl!
