The Rest of July

July is my favorite month of the year, and it always goes by so fast! So here are a few pictures from July.

At the beginning of July, this little cutie turned 4 months old! She's always so happy, and so quick to smile.

During this month, Madelyn learned to roll over. She hates being on her tummy though, so every time she rolls over she gets mad.

I had a birthday, shout hooray! Since there is no shopping in Tooele, we went up to my parents' house, and my mom watched the girls so Tyler and I could do a little birthday shopping! Then my mom made a delicious lunch complete with a birthday cake! The girls were more than happy to help me blow our my candles!

We made kebabs for my birthday dinner, and Mollie had a delicious grilled cheese kebab!

We found our new favorite park, the girls always ask to go to the dinosaur park!

 I bought these floaties for Lake Powell, but the girls didn't like using them at the lake, but they love using them in the ten inches of water in our pool! haha!

Summer Trip

In the middle of July we went to visit Hollie and David who now live in Kanab.  

We spent a day at Lake Powell. We took this picture right before we left, so the girls were not very happy! 

I was surprised how much Mollie loved the water. She ran in the second we got there, and we had to drag her out so we could leave.  The water was perfect, and we had tons of fun playing in the lake all day! 

We went four wheeling the next day up to a slot canyon.  Poor Audrey hated four wheeling, and was crying "I want to go home!" the whole time! I felt really bad! Hollie, Tyler, and I drove with the kids and Hollie's sister on the four wheelers, and David drove the truck with the babies. So on the ride back Audrey rode in the truck and was much happier!

Once we got there we played in the sand and on the rocks.

We hiked up the slot canyon, which was really pretty!

Despite their faces, the girls had a blast in the canyon, and Mollie led us the whole way!
