First day of school

Audrey- fourth grade

Madelyn-  Afternoon kindergarten

All the girls got matching backpacks this year! I think they all wanted them because it came with a fluffy flamingo keychain... I knew that would cause problems, Audrey has already taken Madelyn's backpack to school once! 

Walking to school. We like to walk to school most mornings when its not too smoky

 

Camping

We went camping with Mama and Papa at Smith and Moorehouse. The girls had a lot of fun and were glad to go camping one more time before summer was over! We had fun playing at the lake, skipping rocks, canoeing, and the girls even got to try out fishing with papa. The campground had wild raspberries growing that Audrey and Riley loved! The day before our campout the mountain caught on fire near Park City and the road up to the campground was closed! But luckily the road was opened up and we were able to go camping. The air was pretty smoky for us, but it was mostly due to the California fires. We had a great campsite, perfect for exploring and climbing!

We went for a little summer "hike." It was more of a walk because the girls get pretty whiny, and we didn't make it very far! 

Tyler got to play Spiderman at our nephew's birthday party!

We went to the aquarium the day before school started! Tyler had to work so it was a girls day out! The girls were really good, and had a lot of fun!
