In June we went to the Clarke family reunion. We camped at Monte Cristo, way up high in the mountains! It was really beautiful and a lot of fun. At first when my family got up to the campsite the campsite was closed! Even though they had reservations! Yikes! But luckily they still let us have the reunion there, and since the campground was still technically closed, we had the whole campground to ourselves! The only downside was that there was no drinking water! So we all had to bring our own water, but it worked out well in the end! Another downside was there was an abandoned dog at the campground that guarded the flush-able toilets the whole time, that actually bit one of my cousins! So we all had to use the outhouses to avoid the mean dog!

We had a raingutter regatta, and everyone made boats and we raced them in raingutters
Uncle Eric's hammock was a favorite spot to play!
There was still snow up there! They even figured out how to go sledding!
Audrey was so excited to get pine cones for her collection!
