Legoland

We took a trip to California in September with my parents. We went to Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, and the beach! 

On the first day we drove to California, we saw a beautiful sunset at the beach! We pulled over and got some cool pictures, and the girls got to run in the waves.

This was Audrey and Mollie's favorite ride. It's a lot like Soarin' at California adventures, but it made all of us adults sick!

We went at a great time, there were no lines and we got to go on all the rides multiple times!

The most memorable part of the zoo was when Tyler dropped his phone from the sky tram after taking this picture with Madelyn!

We thought for sure his phone was toast after it fell 40 feet to the ground, but we used my phone to track it, and it was still alive! The gps led us to the gorilla exhibit!

 There was a rock ledge right next to the gorillas and we were almost certain that's where his phone landed. So we got the gorilla keeper to get a ladder and check and she found it!! The phone wasn't even broken! It was certainly a miracle that his phone was still alive!

The next day was beach day. The airbnb we stayed at had boogie boards, and the girls were really good at it! Madelyn and Riley loved playing in the sand
