Yesterday, we went with my family on a hike up Adams Canyon. In a couple of weeks we are planning on hiking the narrows, so we are trying to get in shape! 
I've done this hike a few times before, but it was like a million degrees yesterday so by the first five minutes I was ready to turn around! Hahaha, but luckily I had someone to push me up the mountain :) haha! At the top there is a beautiful waterfall that made the whole hike worth it
