Almost exactly one week ago we put our house up for sale! We're outgrowing our small house pretty fast! We moved in exactly five years years ago, and our family has changed a lot in those five years!
Our house went up for sale last Friday and we had two showings that day, and nine showings on Saturday! While people were looking at our house, we went house shopping in Tooele, and found a house we really liked. We ended up accepted an offer on our house Saturday night, and then we put an offer on a house in Tooele that same night. But then on Monday, our buyer backed out of the sale right as our offer on the Tooele house got accepted! So we were in a jam, because our house offer is completley dependent on the sale of our current house! So we had to back out of the Tooele house offer! So then our house went back up on the market on Tuesday, and we had six more showings that day and another offer! We accepted that offer, and put our Tooele offer back in. But, sadly we were out bid on our Tooele house, and so now we have sold our house, and don't have a house to move in to! So as you can see, life has been extremely crazy for us! Luckily I only had to keep up a show-worthy house for three days, which is a real blessing with two crazy toddlers and a newborn!
Wish us luck as our house hunt continues, so we wont be homeless for too long!
