So last weekend was the third annual Salas family reunion! We had to do something early this year because Angela and Jeff are cool and are moving to Texas in a month! Our original plans were to go to St. George or Zions, but plans changed and we all ended up partying in Layton! Oh ya! It was good though that we ended up in Layton, at least for me, because Tyler had to work all weekend and if we had gone someplace far, I wouldn't have been able to see him!
On Friday night we had a movie night and we all watched Bolt! Which is now one of my new favorite movies!! "There is no cage that I know, that can hold Bolt and Rhino!" :) That night it was sad because Tyler had an uber bad sinus infection, and was really really stuffy- no bueno! But luckily he got drugs and now he is feeling better!
Saturday was our day for most excellent adventures! At first we went to the Dinosaur park, which is a park with all these cool dinosaur statues, where you can go look at all the scary dinosaurs and pretend that they are all real and that you are in Jurassic Park.... or something like that.... They have a really cool museum there with real dinosaur bones put together, and a scene with real moving dinosaurs! We had fun taking pictures, so here are all our cool pictures from the park!

After we went to the dinosaur park we went to the Jensen Nature park out in Syracuse. Its a really nice park with a pond where people can fish. We didn't go fishing but we did fly kites! We had a blast! The wind was pretty good the whole time, so the kites stayed up most of the time. By the end of the day the sun was shining, and it was warm enough to go barefoot without jackets!

This really happened! Eric somehow managed to get tangled all up in kite strings!!
When my string got to the very end it came untied and my kite blew away and landed in a stream! And then I had to spend forever and a day trying to un-knot the string so I could fly my kite again!
That night we went out to eat at Famous Dave's Barbecue! Which is my most favorite place to eat! And then later that night we went back to my house and played games. It was a really fun weekend :)
