My dad had a lot of spare wood hanging out in his garage (the magic garage!), so to use it up he cut out privacy slats for us to put in our fence! Tyler and I have been wanting privacy slats, but they are super expensive! So we were so excited for the wood slats! We used to be able to see right into four of our neighbor's yards on one side, not a whole lot of privacy going on there.
While the men put in the slats my mom helped Audrey clean up the garden to get it ready for winter!

I didn't take any before pictures, but here's a picture from Audrey's first birthday. Yup, no privacy!
Here is an after! Much better! We still have more slats to put in, so hopefully we'll have another sunny Saturday so we can finish the job before the snow comes!
